Shipping Charges to the Non-Contiguous U.S.
Items shipped to the Non-Contiguous US will incur a flat shipping fee of $29.95. These states include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, APO and FPO.
Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Burbank, California
West Coast orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days while orders shipped to the East Coast may take 3-7 business days to arrive.
Our normal shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on holidays and weekends.
Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. Also note that per industry standards business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods:
To ensure the quickest delivery time we work with various carriers, including US Priority Mail, UPS Ground Shipping and US First Class Mail. The shipping method will depend on the size and weight of the package.

When you complete your order an email confirmation is automatically sent to you. Please be sure to add Support@1ink.com to your address book to ensure the receipt of your confirmation and tracking as some emails may end up in your Spam Box or Junk Email.
A separate email will be emailed to you when your package is shipped updating your order status to “Shipped”. This email will contain your tracking information. You may also contact us toll free and we will be happy to provide you with all the information regarding your order. International Orders: We process US orders only. We do not currently accept any international orders.
