Return & Exchange Policy
If you have a defective cartridge or have received a wrong product, you may return your order for an exchange or a refund.
Return or exchange can only apply to items that are still within our 1-Year Guarantee period. We will not be able to issue any refund or exchange for any orders that are past the 1-Year Guarantee period.

Always obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
An RMA is required for all refunds and exchanges. Packages received without an RMA will not be processed. To obtain your RMA contact our customer support: 1-866-658-8125
You may return unopened cartridges for exchange, refund or credit of the purchase price for a new order within 1-Year of your purchase.Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your ink cartridges, you may return the product for exchange or refund within 1-Year of your purchase.

If a laser toner or ink cartridge is returned for refund and contains less than 30% toner/ink remaining in the cartridge, it is considered empty and will not be covered under our warranty and there will be no refund issued.
This can be determined by reading the chip/circuitry on the cartridge which gives us information on the number of pages printer as well as the density of the printed pages (text, photo, etc…)
Shipping charges are not refundable. If a shipping error occurs and we ship you the wrong products, we will issue a return label for you to return the package back to us at no cost.
If you have received free shipping on your order, you will be refunded on all items returned minus $4.95 shipping fee.
Please make sure that the items you are returning were purchased from our store. Customers returning products that were not purchased from our store will not be issued any refunds or replacements.
