I can't find my cartridge
Call us at (818) 534-2660 M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) or email us below, and we will find your cartridges for you.

I didn't get my email confirmation
Your order confirmation is automatically emailed after your purchase. If you reached the “Thank You!” page and received an order number, your order was successfully placed and is being processed.
If you don't see the confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still missing,contact us below or call (818) 534-2660 M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST), and we'll be happy to resend it.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our cartridges come with a 180-Day warranty. In the event that you receive any defective product, we will exchange that product for a brand-new cartridge within 180 days of your original date of purchase.
Should you request a refund in lieu of an exchange, you can send that product back to us for a refund within 90 days of the original date of purchase. We do require that you contact us before returning any product so that we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

To return the incorrect cartridges, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping them back. Only unopened cartridges are eligible for return.
