When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued 3- 5 days after we receive your returned package. Please check your statement and email us below if you have any questions.
Estimated delivery time
We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
West Coast orders: 1-3 business days
Midwest & Central orders: 2-4 business days
East Coast orders: 5-7 business days
I didn't get my email confirmation
The order confirmation is automatically emailed to you after you complete your order. In rare cases, it may go to the SPAM box, or get blocked by your email service provider. However, if you got to the final “Thank You!” page that displays your order number, it means that we have received your order and it is being processed.

Return & Exchange Policy
All of our cartridges come with a 180-Day warranty. In the event that you receive any defective product, we will exchange that product for a brand-new cartridge within 180 days of your original date of purchase.
Should you request a refund in lieu of an exchange, you can send that product back to us for a refund within 90-Days of the original date of purchase. We do require that you contact us before returning any product so that we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
I've received the wrong products
Please note that some compatible cartridges may look slightly different or may have a protective clip that must be removed before installation.
If you feel you have received the wrong products, please notify us as soon as possible or within 30 days of your original order date.
