Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of this website, or to any products sold by 1ink.com, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court. 'List Prices' are based on industry-wide OEM pricing standards and are provided for comparison purposes; they do not necessarily represent local retailer prices.

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders under $65.00 are charged a standard $5.95 fee; orders over $65.00 qualify for Free Shipping within contiguous U.S. states. Non-contiguous states are charged a flat $39.95 fee. We do not currently process international orders.
