Dell Ink and Toner Cartridges
1ink.com sells compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for Dell printers, including Dell laser, color laser and inkjet all-in-one models. We don't sell Original Dell cartridges. Every cartridge comes with a 180-day warranty, and orders over $65 ship free within the contiguous U.S.
Most of our Dell toner and the newer Dell ink series are compatible, which means newly built by a third-party maker. Some older ink series and high-volume toner cartridges are remanufactured, which means they started as used Original Dell cartridges and were cleaned and refilled. Each product title says which type it is.
Still using a Dell printer?
Dell stopped selling Dell-branded printers in 2018. Dell's own support site says supplies for its older inkjet printers will get harder to find over time. Many Dell printers still work well, though, and we still carry cartridges for most popular Dell laser, color laser and inkjet models. How to find the right Dell cartridge
- Know your printer model? This is the easiest way for Dell. Choose your printer series below, or type the model (for example E525w, B1160, 2155cdn or V525w) into the search bar.
- Have the old cartridge? Dell toner usually shows a Dell part number, such as 331-0778, and a short code, such as 3K9XM. You can search for either one. Dell inkjet cartridges show a series number, such as Series 33.
- Know the cartridge number? Use the Shop by Cartridge Number menu at the top of this page.
Some Dell toner comes in more than one yield for the same printer. The Dell 3330dn, for example, takes a standard-yield or a high-yield cartridge. The page yield is listed on each product page.

Most Dell laser printers have the drum built into the toner cartridge. A few older models don't. The Dell 1700 and 1710, for example, use a separate 310-5404 drum unit.
Warranty and returns
- 180-day warranty on every cartridge.
- Defective cartridge: refund within 90 days of purchase. From day 91 to day 180, we'll replace it or give you store credit.
- Wrong or unneeded cartridge, unopened: exchange or refund within 30 days. Refunds are the purchase price minus the original shipping charge.
- No restocking fee.
- Return postage: you pay it, except when we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged. In that case we'll send a prepaid label and send the correct item or a full refund, including shipping.
- Request a return number (RMA) first. Packages sent without one can't be processed.

Can I still buy ink and toner for my Dell printer?

How do I find my Dell toner number?
Look at the label on the toner cartridge you're replacing. Dell toner usually shows a part number, such as 331-0778, and a short code, such as 3K9XM. You can search for either one, or for your printer model, such as 1355cnw or E525w.
Which ink does the Dell V525w or V725w use?
Both printers take Dell Series 31, 32, 33 and 34 ink cartridges, which come in different yields. Our compatible high-yield Series 33 and 34 cartridges fit both printers and replace Series 31 and 32. You can buy them individually or in 5-packs and 9-packs.
Is Dell Series 22 the same as Series 21?
They fit the same printers, the Dell P513w, V313 and V313w. Series 22 is the high-yield version, so it prints more pages per cartridge. Our compatible Series 22 cartridges replace Series 21.
Will compatible toner work in my Dell printer?
Yes, as long as you choose the cartridge listed for your printer model. If the printer shows an error after you install it, take the cartridge out, put it back in and restart the printer. If that doesn't fix it, call us at (818) 534-2660, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm Pacific, before you send anything back.
How fast do Dell orders ship?
